Homecoming 2025

A picnic with God's people is a joyous gathering filled with laughter, fellowship, and reflection in a beautiful outdoor setting. People bring a variety of delicious homemade dishes, sharing meals and stories under the sun-dappled shade of tall trees.  

The gentle hum of nature complements the lively conversations as children play nearby and friendships grow. As baskets are opened, and the aroma of fresh bread and sweet fruit fills the air, someone leads a moment of gratitude. Thanking God for His provisions, and the blessing of community. 

This cherished time together strengthens bonds and revives spirits, creating an atmosphere of peace and unity. Offering a glimpse of God's love in the simplest of settings.

Colonial Heights Church of Christ is a welcoming Christian church serving Norfolk and 757 area. We offer Sunday worship services, Bible study, youth programs, and community outreach including our monthly food pantry and clothing closet. All families are welcome to join our church community.
